The interest of Czechs in buying real estate abroad is growing, this was shown by the unprecedented interest in the first real estate fair Inter-Ree

At the beginning of April, the first-ever trade fair for foreign investment properties and second homes, Inter-Ree 2024, took place in Prague, and we were there!
The two-day event, which brought together domestic and foreign leaders of the real estate sector, developers, investors and those interested in investing in foreign real estate, attracted almost 2,000 participants.
More than 50 exhibitors from different corners of the world introduced the fair's visitors to the best that their country has to offer in terms of real estate investment over two days. In total, several hundred projects were presented at the fair. Visitors could learn about all the specifics of the markets and destinations that interested them from an investment point of view, in addition, they could expand their knowledge in the area of investment strategies and draw the necessary inspiration. The professional program included 30 lectures and panel discussions by experts.
