Towards the end of June, Mondi revived after a long Covid downturn, right on the traditional with The Days of Change. Individual activities were spread over several days. The theme of this year's Change Days was three key themes: safety, diversity in the workplace and biodiversity. The days of change started with a safety competition - the Safety Marathon. The culmination was a moderated discussion on the topic of biodiversity led by Vladimír Kořen. Our agency Native PR was in charge of all internal communication, preparation of printed and online materials, arrangement of facilities (tents, refreshments, gifts for employees) and the production of a moderated discussion.
